Mid Seventies 3cyl Merc 650 long shaft, with rebuilt controls. Engine last ran 2023, fuel system rebuilt and motor tuned at that timed. It started well, idled well ran to 1/2 throttle well. Would not wind up to full throttle. I did not have a deep cycle battery attached which may be all it needs to run 100%. Has a damaged faceplate. A new one would make it cosmetically perfect. Make a reasonable offer.
