SUMMARY:Canceled: Lake Loramie Meet: Canceled
DESCRIPTION:With deep sadness the MOB Lake Loramie meet scheduled for June 13th has been cancelled due to the continuing Covid-19 restrictions.  IF one would like to bring a boat\, their own lunch\, beverages and would like to go for a cruise\, there might be a few like\, minded individuals who show up to test some motors that day.  We know that the Ohio State Parks are open but not sure about the restrooms and the pavilion.\n  \nLocated on Earl’s Island Pavilion. \nFantastic location and launch area. Plenty of parking and display area. The pavilion at the part is an outstanding place to hold an event. Restrooms are located on site. Lake Loramie is a well kept Ohio treasure with plenty of water to “open them up”! Lunch will be around noon with a spectacular bill of fare. Nobody will go away hungry! After the lunch a small business meeting will take place and then it will be back on the water. Please note that “For Sale” items are prohibited on the Ohio State Park Grounds. But “trading” is encouraged! One could “trade” a motor for some green paper without breaking any laws. So\, no posting of prices are allowed but a trade is encouraged. \nContacts: Steve Shaltry-937-548-2486 sshaltry@woh.rr.com      or     J.J. SUMMARY:Canceled: Quincy Classic Boat & Outboard Show: Canceled
DESCRIPTION:To all our outboard friends.\nWe are sad to announce we are CANCELING the 2020 Quincy Classic Boat and Outboard Show scheduled for September 11\, 12\, 13\, 2020 in Quincy IL. \nThe 2020 show was a challenge we were ready to tackle head on with the Quincy Boat Club building demolished\, making way for a new building in the near future\, along with all the Covid-19. \nCurrent resurgence in the epidemic in Adams County (Quincy\,IL) spiking faster than most of the state of Illinois would have put getting all our permits to hold the show with over 50 people nearly impossible. \nWith all our faithful outboard motor and classic boat friends making plans to come to Quincy in September\, we wanted to give you as much notice as possible that we are unfortunately being forced to cancel this years 2020 show. We look forward to seeing you at other events next year around the Midwest and hopefully back in Quincy! \nRob Ebbing\, rob@quincyboatshow.com\, 217-257-7400\nTodd Young\, todd@quincyboatshow.com\, 217-430-7283 \nMeet Type:\n\nWet\nDry\nSwap\nDisplay\nFormal\n\n
