SUMMARY:Spring Lake Webster Meet
DESCRIPTION:Meet attendees will start to arrive on Friday the 14th of May. The early birds will stay at local motels in the area. Saturday is the big day with the meet “officially” starting around 8:00am. The Lakeview Inn has breakfast available and is located right next to the park. Set up and selling of items will commence around 8:00am or earlier if we have good weather. There will be judging of outboards and include “original” motors\, “restored” ones and “best boat/motor combo” which must be out on the water and have been seen to run. Also\, the spring meet awards the “John Sudlow” Trophy to the best running small kicker. So bring your motors and boats\, stuff to sell and be prepared to purchase your much needed parts. Lunch will be provided by the MOB Chapter and a small donation is expected with a donation can present at the table. \nNorth Webster\, Indiana is located on SR13 about 10 miles north of US30. Turn right on Himes street and then turn left on Dixie Drive. DESCRIPTION:This is the major event for the MOB Chapter.  There is plenty of time for boats of all types in allotted time slots from putt-putts to open exhaust racing rigs.  We have a large swap area\, display tent and controlled access to the water for running engines.  As per the Legion’s rules\, no one allowed on the grounds until Friday Morning at 7:00am.  Friday evening there is a free hog roast and Saturday the Legion has a T-bone steak dinner for $15.  They also have a great breakfast available all three days.  The bulk of the activity is on Friday and Saturday with most people gone or leaving on Sunday morning\, but we do a river cruise and more relaxed things and have the grounds until 5 for those who wish to stay….. \nScheduled events and seminars will be announced at a later date when they become available.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe American Legion is located on Bypass 131 in the heart of Constantine\, Michigan. \nContacts:  Steve Roskowski 317-650-1087     JJ Walls 317-490-6476 \nRegistration Form Available for Printout: \n \nMeet Type:\n\nWet\nDry\nSwap\nDisplay\nFormal

DESCRIPTION:This is a 4 day meet\, August 3\, 4\, 5\, 6\, 2021. We will be celebrating the 100th anniversary of both Johnson and Elto outboards. They will also be our featured motors. We use the hockey arena to set up outboard motors for display and judging. The swap area is an old airstrip and soccer field. Display and camping spaces can be rented from the city of Tomahawk. You can contact them at 715-453-4040. Over 100 camping and vending sites are available. There are NO hookups. There is plenty of room for everybody. The arena bathrooms are open 24/7 which includes showers. Meet cost is $10 for ALL 4 DAYS. \nWe have judging in 13 divisions and 6 on-water events consisting of: stock & mod Zephyr\, stock Merc KF5/Mark 5\, any 5-1/2 1959 or older motor\, predicted log\, and a blind person event – Northwoods Chapter provides the boat and motor for this event. The stock Zephyr\, Merc KF5/Mark 5 and the 1959 & 5-1/2 HP or older events require a 12 foot factory boat or larger. Mod Zephyr motor has to be Zephyr based with any boat.
