SUMMARY:Lake Hopatcong Fall Meet
DESCRIPTION:Come and join us at the Lake Hopatcong Fall Meet on October 5\, 2019. Lake Hopatcong is New Jersey’s largest lake with a 52 mile shoreline. Come out for a wonderful day and enjoy the Fall Foliage along the shoreline. Coffee and a bountiful selection of Donuts will be available all morning. There are ample picnic benches for those who bring their own lunch. Otherwise there are many quaint restaurants along the shoreline to stop by and enjoy their lunch offerings as you cruise the lake. There is always a very active swap meet component to the meet. There is a $7 registration fee which covers all the coffee and donuts and provides for a donation to our host who graciously permits us to use his parking lot\, boat ramp and modern wash rooms. The Meet is held at Flash Marina\, which is at the northern tip of the lake. Their address is 155 NJ-181 Lake Hopatcong\, NJ 07849 \nThere are very modern washrooms on site. DESCRIPTION:The meet will be held on a Sunday in the parking lot of the Park Marina. The entrance to the park is located at a traffic light about 5 miles north of the City of Delaware. Follow the signs along the Park roadway about one mile to the Marina \nThis is an informal meet for old-outboard enthusiasts to socialize\, show restored motors\, swap motors and parts\, and run motors on the lake. There are restrooms at the marina\, but the concession stand is usually closed at this time of the year\, so food will probably not be available. SUMMARY:MOB Lake Webster Fall Super Meet
DESCRIPTION:The fall meet highlights the “Under 30 Cubic Inch” motor. The John Sudlow Trophy will be awarded for the best running small motor. Other awards will be handed out. There will be plenty of display area under the pavilion and lunch will be provided. It is asked that everyone bring a covered dish or dessert to share. Members start to arrive as early as Friday afternoon and stay over to Sunday to take advantage of running the old iron. Saturday is the mail event with all the awards/trophy’s\, display and luncheon on that day. After the luncheon a short business meeting will be held for elections of officers and setting the next year’s schedule. In the afternoon an auction will be held under the old tree so please bring your old unwanted items to pass along. Among the awards given out are the “Favorite” awards for restored\, original and boat/motor combinations. \nLake Webster is located in the heart of North Webster\, Indiana. DESCRIPTION:This is a 4 day meet. We have a hockey arena where we set up outboard motors for display or judging. The swap area is an old air strip and spaces can be rented from the city of Tomahawk. There is camping on the grounds but no hookups and the arena bathrooms are open 24/7 which also include showers. There are also port-a-pottys available on the grounds. Registration opens each morning at 8:00am after the National Anthem and coffee & homemade bakery is offered. We have on-water activities Thurs.\, Fri.\, & Sat.

SUMMARY:MOB/Great Lakes Chapter Constantine Super National Meet
DESCRIPTION:This is the MOB’s Super National Meet. It will be on Friday\, Saturday and Sunday\, July 12th\, 13th and 14th. There are plenty of motels in the Constantine/Three River’s/White Pigeon area so book your rooms early. Nobody will be allowed on the grounds until 6:00am on Friday\, July 12th and everyone must be off the grounds by 5:00pm on Sunday\, July 14th. This year the main theme for the meet is Rowboat Motors. Special events and a huge display tent will be set up for these historic outboards. Plenty of swap and sell areas will be provided so get your reservations in early. Some of the awards that will be given out are the “Oldest Running Outboard on a Boat”\, “How Slow Can You Go”\, “Cup-O-Gas” along with many other awards and events to be announced at a later date.\nThe American Legion has breakfast available through the local Boy Scouts and also an outside grill of burgers\, brats and hot dogs for lunch will be provided. Friday night the Super National Meet will have a hog roast for dinner. Saturday’s banquet and awards dinner will be inside of the Legion. Friday and Saturday on the water times are broken down by class and speed so please pay attention to the scheduled times that will be listed on the Super National Packet you will be issued. Sunday will host a river cruise up the St. Joe River around 10:00am. \nThis meet is held on the American Legion Post 223 grounds.
