Anybody have any experience with these? It’s represented as a tilt and trim, but am thinking it’s really only a tilt. Am wondering if I could use it with
      (1) the Homelite/Bearcat I hope to have someday, and (2) my Evinrude V4 and 3 cylinder looper, both 1971. Looks as if the motor leg just rests against the round crossbar. Also looks as if the crossbar is adjustable for height and (maybe) width. Anybody have any drawings or documentation on these?

I remember those units. I only remember them on 50hp & down units, but I have no idea if that’s all they were rated for? The main issue (maybe only for me/OMC LEGAL) was it is purely hydraulic with no limits as to how high it lifts the engine. They were therefore trim & tilt all in one. The problem we had from a legal sense is once you trim/tilt outside the limits of the stern brackets the motor has no lateral strength. You also lose steering control. Now you would think any reasonable person would not do that, but people can be unreasonable! Bass boaters think more trim/RPMs are always better. You see my point.
I’m not sure Dole is in business anymore. The units did work & offered a cheaper alternative to power TNT. Major companies did not endorse it for safety reasons.
