      I have a chance to buy a Scott attwater shifty nice condition (75.00) 3 hp Sea king (25.00) green Johnson 5 1/2 hp (50.00) all turn over and look like they just need gas to go. Do I buy them all?

      So confused

        Way too many variables for anyone to tell you. Prices seem decent, although they’ll probably need some ignition parts to run right.
        How many motors do you have at home? Do you have time to work on ’em? Will the little lady mind if you bring home three more motors? etc etc etc

        If the condition is good, paint is good, there are no obvious issues, and you have room I would say go for it.

          Yup, start out on the soft ones and you’ll be hooked on the hard ones before you know it!
