I am trying to come up with a part number for the timing belt on my 1958 60 hp Scott, but have not had any luck so far. I do have the Scott part number, but that’s no help. I need the manufacturer number of a belt that will fit that is currently being made. can anyone help me?

      Thank You,

      Jim McCarthy

I have ordered these direct replacement belts from OMC. A heckofalot lower price than marine parts stores. If you can identify the size details, they probably will have what you need

I NEVER GOT A REPLY FROM POLYBELT, BUT FOR WHAT IT IS WORTH, I WAS ABLE TO FIND A CURRENT REPLACEMENT BELT THROUGH THE BELT PALACE IN INDIANNA. COST WAS 5.00 PLUS 4.00 SHIPPING. IF ANYONE NEEDS ONE, IT FIT PERFECTLY. THE BELT SIZE IS 187 L 037.
