            Tom,

            Use the word INTRODUCES to determine the year.

            Where I=1, N=2, T=3, R=4, O=5, D=6, U=7, C=8, E=9, S=0

            Use the second last two digits in the model number, so in your case "CO"= "85", or 1985.
