      I acquired an ’89 14hp commercial model and look forward to getting it tuned up and back to good condition after the season is over. Other than missing a cowel, the motor is complete.

      Since this is an uncommon motor I was wondering if anyone has pics of what the cowel/motor used to look like. Seems to just take a standard 9.9/15hp cowel, but I’d like to do a light restoration to make it look better.

        Put a 9.9 cowel on it – You will be able to use it in more places . . . 😆
