      How do you adjust cam plate so it aligns with throttle arm is there two bolts to loosen or two flat head screws I see both this is on a 1956 ihonson 15 hp.

        There are two little bolts underneath the cam, you will need a small ignition wrench or socket to get at them.  One of the holes is slotted , so the cam can be adjusted.

          A 5/16″ Gear Wrench comes in handy for making that adjustment.
