      Hello all!

I’m attempting to remover the lower unit and have removed the 4 bolts that attach it to the block. Is there any other fastener that needs to be removed for it to separate? I can’t seem to see anything hold it on but can’t get it to come apart? Any suggestions would be great!

Just to let everyone know I figured it out by discovering a similar manual on this site! The cam roller for the water pumps set screw also pins the crank shaft to the lower unit drive shaft!
But thank you to this club archives to help us new members

There is a lesson here… don’t resort to the big hammer, stop, think and seek help. And yes, we are all learning here.

            Thanks for sharing
