Good Morning, over the past several months I have revived a 1926 Super G Elto from the dead (locked up). I now have loosened it up by using a combination of patience, your advice and lubricants to free it up. My problem now is I don’t how the gas cap is supposed to vent and the motor seems to be running out of fuel. I take the plug and screen out and the fuel just trickles out, then I loosen the gas cap and the flow is much better. can you tell me how to correct this?

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
