1936 – 38 Viking 495 Decals

Richard P., or anyone else, where does one get decals for this motor?
I’m only finding some newer model decals for sale.
Also, more photos of the decals would be great.
Not much left of mine, but can see part of “Eaton” and “Viking”,
and “4 hp”.

I have a ’47, but it’s vastly different than your opposed.

If Alan Tucker is still a member, try him. I believe his father was the Eaton’s buyer for marine products.

Try looking online for archival versions of Eaton’s Catalog. You’ll probably see B&W decals; I’m certain the lettering was a butter-lemon yellow..

I emailed him and asked if he knows about the decals.
