      I have seen some of the Pal’s fuel tanks painted silver with gold decals, and some painted various colors, mostly an orange, or red.  Can anybody educate me why the differences?

        All Pal models were painted a dull silver.
        These are what I believe are surviving
        examples of original decals for each model #.
        Reproductions are available that resemble
        the originals
        Tubs        .

        A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
