I have this old motor that was my grandfathers and it needs a new home, is this something that anyone is interested in. It still has compression and turns over. Don’t know when it ran last

I’m sure that anybody on this site would take it if it were free or really cheap….but I would guess that market value (to somebody who wants one and does not already have one) would be around 75 or less if its in really good condition, especially considering that spark may be bad or non-existent because of age.

Hi Hazelnut, where is the motor located?  This will affect people’s interest in going to get it.

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

Thanks for the replies, I am located in Salem Or, unfortunately it doesn’t look like the really nice motor in the picture. If someone is interested I will give it to them, just would like someone who would appreciate it give it a home.
