      Can you tell me the condenser currently available for my 1938 Elto Pal (1.1 hp)?

        Your Pals original condenser (PN 171488) had a rating of 0.1 uF and since it is NLA, a Vishay or Orange Drop capacitor with the same 0.1 uF rating can be used instead.
