Does the 1940 Neptune 4 HP Twin use the more modern Packard 440 type for spark plug cables, or the older style cloth cables that some refer to as oak wiring?
Also, there is a plastic umbrella of sorts ( anti-moisture shield?) over the spark plug that is held in place by the knurled nut that the spade connector slides onto. Is that factory?
