      Hi friends. I have been on here a few times asking different things about how to rebuild my Neptune. Well, I am so much closer to firing it up! I put the magneto plate together, plut the flywheel on, placed a screw inside the spark plug wire, held onto the block, and turned the flywheel slowly by hand, and I got a shock! Not a super strong one, but I felt it through my hand! Get the rope on it to really spin it, and get a spark plug, hopefully the coil will be able to throw enough juice! Nearly 8 months of rebuilding, and I’m close!!
