I just picked up a 1941 Wizard WB2. Is it suppose to have a cover or adjustment knob on the carburetor? A cover from a old Champion fits, but I think it should have a knob? Not sure?
I have a couple mercurys from this time and they have a knob.

      Thanks. Alan.

I also have a Kb4 and a KD3S and they are silver. I just got the WB2 and haven’t cleaned it. It looks silver, just dirty.

To best of my knowledge only the post war WD4,WD4S,WD3,WD3s were golden color although
not much agreement as to what shade of gold or best current match.
