Were the Navy issue 4375 Lightfour’s painted silver?
There’s one on Ebay that’s silver, and one on the Ashland Museum
      web site restored silver.
Was it just the Army that had "oliver drab" on everything during the war?

Also, is it possible to get any information from the "US Bureau of Ships"
tag number, i.e., issued to what unit, where served, etc.?

The one I got at Tomahawk is missing the front cover. Would a standard
Lightfour cover fit, or would there have to be notches cut
out in the cover to fit over the steering wheel brackets?

      Many thanks.
