      What color is the 1945 Johnson KS-15 supposed to be. I have seen one on the internet that was silver/aluminum in color but wanted to make sure.

        The KS-15 was only produced in ’41 and ’42 and would have been painted the aluminum color. It resurfaced after the war in ’46 as the KD-15 which was when Johnson started painting their motors Sea Mist Green.
