I was wondering if anyone reproduced the rubber grips or recoil handles for these Sportwins. I’ve got one that’s missing the grip and the recoil handle is starting to crumble. I don’t mind it too much, but it’s going to my brother for Christmas so I want it to be as nice as possible. It’ll be nice and reliable once I gap the plugs

You might check with bigrichsoldoutboards in the "Free Classifieds" section. He has lots of rubber parts. I have bought 4 or 5 of these handles from this eBay seller. They are close &
I think he took $5 ea for them.

I think George Cornog is also doing grips.

              Try Doug Penn:

He had a reproduction grip for my 1947 Sportsman

I just bought what I needed through that ebay site. He had the right grip, recoil handle, and I got a few grips for my Eltos.
