Model 025-3568. I need to tap the brain trust here. What coils do I need for this set up? Are they available or is it a modification with something new?

Easy, easy. Same as what were used on Evinrudes & Johnsons for well over 20 years. Best deal on new ones is club member Jim Judkins oldoutboardjim@hotmail.com or 715-294-2940 evenings or weekends.

Thanks, I’ve done business with him in the past, good man. I’ve got bigger problems now. I took the points out and felt something hit me in the forehead, by the time I figured it out, I was missing the little clip on the points. Being outside at the edge of the garage I have no clue where it went. I tried sweeping with a magnet with no luck. Does anybody know where I can get one?

I have dozens. Where you at oldsenile ?

You could buy a new set of points at your local dealer, or online.

+ 1 what FrankR said. Jim Judkins is in Western Wisconsin. He might be able to help you out .
