      First thanks to Steve for ur pdf on the 54. Now need a pdf on this motor if anyone has it strong engine. Hard on the shoulder. Thanks to everyone who has helped me

        Here’s the owners/operators manual. Not sure if I have the parts breakdown.

        Glancing thru it I see 16:1 is the recommended fuel mix and not 24:1.

              One Canadian quart 40 0z into 5 canadian gallons (160 oz) = 40/800 oz 20/1

              one US quart 32 oz into 5 US gal (128 oz) = 32/640 oz 20/1

              easier is 1 L of oil in 20 liters of gas = 20/1 šŸ™‚

                      I see the owner’s manual above for the 1952-54. Is there a unique owner’s manual for the 1954 25hp RD-16? Does anyone have one? I have the parts catalog for the RD 12, 13, 16, 17C, and 18.

                        While the part # for the manual remains the same there were later printings which are different. In the lower left corner you see the part # 302765 2-54 which I think means a printing from Feb. ’54
                        Mine shows “Remote-Steering, Speed & Shift control” on the last page. I did not look for other differences. Sorry not for sale.
