In 2016 I got this Martin for $50.00. Spent a bit over $250.00 in seals, impeller, and gaskets such in 2017, and used it to get around the lake that summer . I’m really into the pre. WW-II stuff but I found this to be great motor. Well worth what I have in it. Replaced the original gas tank & covers with some where the decals were mostly gone, and gave it to my son-in-law in 2018 to use, and he does use it. This summer he flagged me down and said the motor was knocking. I should have towed him back, but thinking it was just a rod knocking, I told him to just take it easy, and you should make it back. It was just under 2 miles back to the camp. Had a couple motors ahead of his (pictures & some summer videos to come) but now it was time to look into the TS. Well it wasn’t a rod. I picked up some Marine JB weld. That ought to work don’t you think?

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
