      I bought the full carb rebuild kit, replaced all o-rings, needle, float etc… yes blow test was good.

      I will try the valve from the other card, good idea.

        btw.. if not already done…

        the side channel feeding fuel to the upper ” drip/idle” chamber under that  plug  is very small.   make certain carb cleaner shoots out the small holes confirming the side channel is clear

        the  carb gasket & type   is oriented properly !
