Hello everybody.I have a model # 15012 Evinrude Fastwin 15 hp in need of a lower unit seal kit.Is it the same as a 1958 18hp? That’s all I can find online, nothing going back before 1958 in these kits. Can anyone point me in the right direction with a link or something?
      Thanks much!

Well I know the 1958 Johnson 18 hp case is a direct bolt on for my 1956 Johnson 15 hp, but not sure about the 1954…

Not sure why, but while you are waiting for Chris P to respond you can look up a 15020 Evinrude 18hp under a 1957 7.5hp on MarineEngine.com, not sure why it is out of place, but I found it the other night looking for a head gasket number. I know it’s not your 15, but like Richard said the gearcase is very simular. Hope that helps. Chris P will have all the particulars.

This one on Ebay looks to be correct.
