      look under mark 20H in oldmercs it is gold mark 20H was the only one painted that color.

        I knew it was a 20 or 25, but it is Gold. So it’s a Mark 20H. I see it was made for three years. Mine does not have the look of the "1959 conversion", but it does have a single fuel line connector, not a pressure tank. Maybe it was old stock, and updated to single line before initial sale as new? I know the front handle/faceplate is missing by now. It also needs a complete service to get running again. I think it needs some special tools for the water pump and lower, but i’m not a Merc Guy. Everything else I have is Johnson / Evinrude.

        Is there a member that has a hoard of old parts for this model?

          Faceplate from a mark 20 will work the only difference is were the idle screw hole is drilled. call me if you need advise.
          original carter carb may have been changed to a tillitson with fuel pump it was a conversion from mercury later.
