Hi Bob, thank you for looking for those parts.  I’ve almost talked myself out of changing to the carbon seals.  I was able to find sources for all the bits on Ebay and other sites.  Some of the small parts are very expensive for what they are.  And hard to understand the shipping costs for things like O-rings!!!  Then, being I’m in Canada, I have to add a 36% exchange factor for the US sourced parts.  So each engine was going to run about $300Cdn to do the upgrade.  I’m still going to think about it while I focus on other parts of the engine.
