1956 Evinrude Fastwin steering tension adjustment

This is embarrassing. The steering tension on my ’56 Fastwin 15hp is too loose. The motor moves side to side without any resistance. I’ve made this adjustment on many of my outboards but can’t find where to tighten up the steering on this one.

Look between the clamps in the middle just under the bracket if I remember right
