Looking for a part # for a carb rebuild kit, or do I need to get the parts individually? Also an impeller #

277181 is the original impeller, updated to 434424. The carb kit is 439071.

Boonie you may want to get kit from O.M.C dealer.Might pay a little more but still better than China or Sierra kit. Parts all fit you will be happy you did.Still lots of dealers here in Ont. Russ…

Thanks for the part #’s aqua sonic. I called my local dealer and he has them both in stock.
I’m using a pressure tank and the connector is leaking. Is there replacements available?

Your connector is most likely leaking due to old o-rings which need replacement. The tool that Frank referenced is “the way to go” for replacement. You may still be able to get the original OMC o-rings from your local dealer.

Some of us use inexpensive o-rings bought in bulk from supply houses like Grainger or McMaster Carr. If you decide to replace them, and want to go that route, we can certainly point you in the right direction.

301824 is the part number for the o-rings. Still active in the BURP system.

marineengie.com has new dual line connectors, but they are expensive. The tool Richard sells is super easy to use and you can replace the O-rings in about one minute. He will give you a few O-rings with it, or buy a bag of 50 at McMasterCarr for about $8. Here’s the new connector:

Thanks guys. Here is another problem I am having. Picked up a Johnson RD 10 a while back. Good spark but couldnt keep it running without spraying in the carb throat. Rebuilt the carb and same deal. Fuel in the plug holes or carb throat it would fire briefly. Using a good condition pressure tank. Pushed it in the corner for another day. Fast forward. Picked up this evinude 7.5 hp. Same damn deal. Same tank as well. Carb is rebuilt as well. Float setting is correct.
