      I can’t seem to find the part numbers for the forward gear and the clutch dog for a 1956 Evinrude 10 hp.

      Can anybody help me out?

        couple other things – is anybody making reproduction pull grips/handles?

        also – lots of moussy goo in the tower housing – I assume it’s coming down from the powerhead and I need to replace the lower crankshaft seal? Part number for that?

          375711 for the clutch dog and 376715 for front gear and bushing assembly, motors 04719 and up. For handles http://nymarine.ca/ and bigrichsoldoutboard, Big Rich myoldoutboard@aol.com

              I am trying to remember one of our club members who does make reproduction starter grips, I’m pretty sure he lives in the northeast….

                        yeah – good runner, but the clutch started slipping this year. I flipped the clutch dog yesterday and adjusted out the shift rod. Gonna have to pull the boat out pretty soon. Rumor has it that winter’s coming. 🙂
