          Different ratios for the 5.5 and 10 horse motors but it won’t hurt anything running the ten on 16:1 instead of the recommended 24:1.

            You can find anything you want to find in "official" charts. But the 5.5 came with a 4 gallon tank with a decal on the side saying use one quart of oil per tankful. That’s 16:1.
