      Motor has been sitting up for 5yrs, I know nothing about outboards and need someone knowledgeable to go thru the entire motor and make her run reliably. I’m in Louisiana and no one down here works on them that I can find. Any help would be appreciated.

          Your red book link doesn’t work for me.

          A "Boathouse Repair" is one that done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

              I live in Sulphur Louisiana close to Lake Charles LA, SouthWest corner near TX border.
