Hey guys, does anybody know the size of the 2 brass shift rod nuts that attach to the shift handle? i believe they’re 3/8"s but i don’t know the thread size. I looked to purchase on marineengine .com but this nut is not listed, i would like to buy locally at Home Depot if i can, any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

10/32 rings a bell for some reason.

I believe Mumbles is correct on the thread size. I have found stainless ones when brass wasn’t available. With stainless, just be careful not to stretch the threads on the shift rod when tightening the jam nut.
