      Looking to find the length of the pivot pin for 10 hp evinrude model 10016.

        I just finished making some tilt bolts out of stainless for the 18 horse motors and the overall length of them is 7 3/8″ The 5.5 and 10 horse motors share the same bolt which measure 6 3/8″ overall.

        You can always make them a bit longer and shorten them to suite as it’s easier than trying to lengthen them if you make them too short.

          Or did you mean the pin/shaft which joins the two halves of the hood together?

            Yes—–The pin that holds the two halves of the hood together.
