I started up the engine yesterday and it’s making a whining sound. Any ideas?

Ok gang. Took the cowling off to check if anything was lose. I started her back up and no noise? Cowl vibrating?

Sorry, buy paint for this engine. It’s 2 colors. The cowling is a darker green.

I fixed the issue with the Evinrude. Cowling issue.
