I’m thinking of painting the motor the same color as the boat (spider cracks, sanding, etc). Inexpensive paints?

Vintage Outboard Paint has the original factory matching colors for your motor, but it’s not exactly “inexpensive”.  You could always go with something like Rustoleum or Dupli-Color but they won’t have the exact matching colors.   If you’re matching the boat colors, you could also check with some automotive paint sellers.

It was worth an ask. I know that I would like the motor cover to match the color that is on the bout. I’ll get it done and I will take pictures.

I need a selenium rectifier and two condensers (I’m all new at this). Inexpensive parts?
