I just aquired a 1962 Evinrude Lark Model number 35530. I learned that there was also a 35530-M and a 35530-L. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the three Larks?
The suffix letter means there was a mid-year change in the motors somewhere. It is only important if you should have to order whatever part was changed. In that case, the parts book will tell you which one to order. I just took a quick glance and see that the carburetor linkage was affected. What else, I didn’t bother going through the whole book.
Thanks Frank. I would like to acquire an owners manual for a my 1962 Evinrude Lark Model number 35530. If anyone has one they no longer need I would be interested in purchasing it. I would also be willing to purchase a copy of the owners manual if no one has an original for sale.
