      Premium Blend is the exact name of the gear lube sold by OMC/BRP for the electric shift gearcases. Buy a gallon jug of it if possible, that gearcase holds a lot of oil.

        Thanks. I purchased some lube at my local Marine store. I don’t imagine running the engine for a couple of miles with the wrong lube damaged anything. Do you agree?

          Well, probably not, unless the engine slipped out and back into gear while running at higher RPMs.
