A six horse prop? Try and find a good used replacement as millions were made and a new one will cost more than the motor is worth. 380958, 386955, and 753745 are part numbers used for these props.
If you are in a pinch, you can drill some holes in the prop and run some screws into the rubber hub and use a brass drive pin to get you going. Does your prop have the drive pin at the rear of the prop? If so, any prop from a 5, 5.5, or 6 horse from ’54 and up will fit.
