      Just finishing up some service work on a 1990 Evinrude 15 HP with electric start. I have the flywheel back on, but just need the torque value. Thanks for any help.

        I am not at home with my manuals, but on line Leeroy’s Rambling and a ME forum say 45-50 FT LBS.
