      Hi would anyone have bearing and seal part numbers for a 20H Quicksilver lower unit

        Here you go!

        Prop shaft needle bearings, interior and bearing cone.  Koyo GB98.  Do not use B98, as it is too large in diameter and will ruin the bearing bores.

        Drive shaft needle bearing.  Koyo GB912.  Same conditions as above. Do not use B912.

        Drive shaft ball bearing.  S7k or R10 open.

        Prop shaft/forward gear ball bearing.  9104K or 6004.  Be sure to remove shields or seals from bearings before installation.

        All prop shaft seals.  SKF 5522

        Drive shaft seal.  SKF 5569

        Be careful to use. The proper installation tools, as the seals and needle bearings are easily ruined if not correctly installed.  When pressing in the needle bearings, press on the labeled end. The seals should be installed with the lips facing away from the lubricated area.
