Looking at an old post and there was a discussion regarding replacing the 303804 single lip seal with seal number 911019 which is a slightly thicker stern drive seal. The question arose if the 911019 was ethanol resistant which I would need as I am replacing a lower crank seal in a 1955 15HP Evinrude.
So the question is, has anyone tried the 911019 in a crank and did it work ok, or has anyone found another substitute for the 303804?
      Thanks

Thanks Ede, but it’s basically the same seal with a new number. Looking for something better than the single lip design that was problematic.
