      I just bought this 1937 elto and and the PO said it sat for 11 years but ran. So a few questions: is there a service manual anywhere for this engine? the carb float needle doesn’t appear when the petcock is open so I’m assuming I’ll be cleaning that out-any tips on this carb? Proper plug? Anyone know about what the Compression should be? Fuel/oil mix? Sorry I’m pretty new to this age of engine.

        A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
