      Hi I was wondering where can I find a water pump for my 1951 Elto/viking 3D10E ? I have one but looks rough. Does this outboard need to be moving on a boat rather than in a barrel to pump properly?

        Is this the Wobble style pump?
        If so, search Brian Wilcox on this site.
        This type should not have to be moving on the boat to pump properly.
