Good point!! Again, always check the simple stuff first…

Also, make sure the small rod that operates the throttle, under the magneto plate, is set correctly. It has a set-screw on it. If that screw is loosened, the throttle won’t fully advance.

Absolutely! Most problems are simple problems like these, until we skip over them and go digging to deep into systems that are working OK…
