      Did Evinrude use this same carb on other engines? It seems similar to my Ranger carb but wasnt sure if it was exclusive to this motor or not. My Sea King is a model 8022A (I think…). Thanks for any insight.

        Pretty sure Pal and ranger shared carb.

          A "Boathouse Repair" is one that done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

            I think I should clarify….I have an evinrude built sea king with a broken carb. Looking to replace but was hoping there was a more common motor the same carb could be found on. Thanks again for the responses. I’m a known thread-killer here so I rarely post much. I guess I just have bad luck..
