What kind of rubber is the rotor made from? Has anyone had any success in making one? is there a part number for it?

found a "Sears c1g10" at the scrap yard man was i pumped. Has a good cam for the rotor as it has been replaced by the last owner as it is not brass, unless they came in stainless. It is off set more that the one i have as a turned the shaft it made good contact all around the water rotor and seemed good, but when the last owner put it back together they forgot the drive shaft pipe so water got in the bottom end but it was packed with grease where it needed to be, it is in better condition than the one i one i have. Nice smooth bushings all around i think i will rebuild it instead of mine. It had no carb but i might get that another day. Also picked up 2 Johnson 2hp for a cheap deal.

Really? That’s interesting, I didn’t know Gale ever made motors for Sears. 1G10 should be a Goodyear Sea Bee. I can’t explain the "C" in front of it. Maybe "Canada"? As I said, interesting. Maybe even rare.

Yep: C1G10 is a Candian "Viking"

Richard Pacquette has the manual for it:
