thanks. i need part number for 56 johnson 7.5 .need to get back on some projects

The ’54 motor requires a 303467 base gasket while a ’56 motor originally used a 304314 but a later 313065 gasket meant for ’59 and later thermostat equipped 5.5 and 6 horse motors will also work. You can’t swap the ’54 and ’56 gaskets around.
